Sports & Recreation Parks in the Abuja Master Plan
The Abuja Master Plan contract was awarded in 1976 by the Murtala/Obasanjo Government to International Planning Associates (IPA), Virginia, USA. The contract execution was completed in 1978 and handed over to the Federal Government.
